I got invited to host a workshop on DIY online marketing for local business owners. A big part of the session beyond theory was dedicated to tools that can make content creation and other marketing activities much easier. There's even a special name for this approach that's emerged recently: vibe marketing.
So what exactly is it?
Vibe Marketing Isn't Rocket Science
Vibe marketing isn't some revolutionary breakthrough. It's primarily a term describing an approach where you use smart tools to automate and speed up marketing tasks. At its core, it's about collaboration between humans and technology โ you set the direction, and tools help with execution. And now more than ever before.
Vibe marketing means a shift in approach.
The marketer becomes more of a director, less of a laborer.
The term builds on similar concepts:
Vibe coding โ where technology helps write code or directly create applications
Vibe writing โ where an author gives instructions and works with tools to create text that would take hours to write alone
In marketing, it works the same way. Instead of weeks of planning and coordinating different specialists, you can work as an operator โ give instructions, choose from suggestions, adjust, and publish.
How Does Vibe Marketing Work in Practice?
Here are two quick examples:
๐๐ป Social Media Campaigns While you used to spend a week writing texts for Facebook and Instagram, waiting for a graphic designer, scheduling publication dates, and only then launching a campaign, now you can create several different text versions using smart tools in an hour, generate graphics in a consistent style, set up automatic publishing, and immediately test what works best.
๐ Product Descriptions for E-commerce Instead of manually writing descriptions for hundreds of products, searching for SEO keywords, and editing photos one by one โ weeks of work โ you can now upload a product spreadsheet, generate all descriptions at once including relevant keywords, bulk edit and optimize photos for web, and be done in a day.
But it's not just about speed. The key is that you can test many more variations simultaneously and learn faster what resonates with your audience.
Why Is Vibe Marketing Such a Hot Topic Now?

Small teams can compete with big ones One person with smart tools can now create and launch campaigns that would previously require an entire team of specialists. This is a huge advantage for smaller businesses and entrepreneurs.
Speed matters In today's fast-paced world, often whoever reacts fastest to trends and changes wins. Vibe marketing lets you test an idea immediately.

What Falls Under Vibe Marketing?
It can include various activities that save you tons of time:

Communication personalization โ tailoring messages to different customer groups

That's why it's important to:

Don't lose authenticity โ technology can write correct text, but your personal style and experience are irreplaceable
Measure results, not just speed โ the fastest campaign isn't automatically the most successful
Is Vibe Marketing the Future?
It's more about the present than the future. Many marketers and brands already use this approach without necessarily calling it that.
What's important to understand is that vibe marketing isn't about replacing marketers, but empowering them. Technology handles routine tasks while you can focus on strategy, creativity, and building customer relationships.
For smaller companies and beginning entrepreneurs, this means a huge opportunity. You can compete with big players without having to invest in extensive teams or expensive agencies.
Regardless of what you call it, be curious, try new tools and approaches. Think about what takes up most of your time, what you don't necessarily have to do yourself. Start with one process that slows you down the most and automate it. Experiment with different methods and tools and evaluate whether they actually help you.
